Because the suite is the product. A free tier costs more in support and complexity than it earns. We'd rather charge once and ship the same thing for everyone.

Can you see my vault items?

Vault items are encrypted with a key derived on your device from your password. Under normal operation we receive ciphertext only — see Privacy § 07 for the legal-process exception.

What happens if I forget my password?

We can't reset it for you — see above. We can wipe your account, but you'll lose your vault items. Set up a recovery kit on first launch.

Do you log my traffic?

Tunnel servers run from RAM and do not write traffic logs in normal operation. We log connection counts per region for capacity planning. We may be compelled to enable per-account logging by court order — see Privacy § 07.

How do I cancel?

Account → Plan → Cancel. Effective end of period. No phone calls.
