Who we are

Bayria, Inc., Delaware C-corp, principal place of business 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901. Operating subsidiary: Bayria Operations GmbH (Berlin) for EU customers. Both jointly "Bayria".

§ 02

What you get

A license to use the Bayria apps and services on the platforms listed in the plan you purchased. Number of simultaneous devices is the plan's device cap. Bandwidth is unlimited subject to fair-use (described in §06).

§ 03

What you owe us

Your subscription fee, on the cycle you chose. Charged in USD. We accept cards (Stripe), crypto (BTC, XMR, ETH, LTC), and SEPA bank transfer for EU. Failed payments grace 14 days, then service paused, then cancelled after 60.

§ 04

Refunds

Annual plans: 30-day money-back, no questions asked, full refund. Monthly: prorated to the day after the first month. Add-ons follow parent subscription. Crypto refunds at current spot rate; we do not hedge.

§ 05

What you can't do

Resell access to your account. Use Bayria to attack other infrastructure (DDoS, brute-force credentials, scrape rate-limited sites). Use it to distribute or store CSAM — we don't scan content, but if we receive a valid law-enforcement report we close the account. Use it from countries embargoed by US Treasury OFAC.

§ 06

Fair use

We don't bandwidth-cap honest users. We do throttle accounts originating sustained >10 TB / day on Basic or sustained 24/7 >5 Gbps on any single POP. If we throttle you we email first.

§ 07

Warranty

Bayria is provided "as is". We aim for 99.95% uptime on the control plane and 99.9% on any individual POP. SLA refunds available on Premium for documented outages exceeding these.

§ 08

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this — in those, your local law applies.

§ 09

Jurisdiction

US customers: Delaware. EU customers: Germany (Berlin). Arbitration optional; you keep the right to small-claims court.

§ 10

Changes

We email 30 days before any material change. Continuing to use Bayria after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Don't agree? Cancel and full refund of the unused portion.
